I don't know why so many people are complaining about problems, but every one I know that has a Samsung Device, has never once has any problems at all, I live in the US, I have a really big family and I have allot of friends, we all have Samsung devices, and we have never had a problem with our devices, I hope every one will stop making things up and giving Samsung a Hard time, keep it up Samsung, your doing a wonderful and amazing job with ur software and devices.
