I just activated the developer options in Bixby by going to Bixby Settings>About Bixby>tap the Version number until developer options are enabled. There was no prompt for a password.
Aren't they all usually four zeros or something like that?! It's been forever when I learned this so I could be way off here but that's what popped in my head when I saw this anyway. Lol
