Galaxy S PhonesI've been an IT tech manager since the first PCs came on the market (retired now, but I do keep up), so there's that. Even if that was not the case, I do know how to read and comprehend news articles, tech journals, etc. I also know that not every problem that people think their devices have is a virus or a hack. Most times if there was malware, if it comes back after a reset, it's because an infected backup was restored or the same infected app was reinstalled, because people do not want to start from scratch.
