Receiving multiple default calendar event notification alerts

As any calendar entry permits a multiple notifications alerts for any one event, the setting of the default alert option for a new entry should also permit multiple notifications instead of just one.

What do you do to keep call waiting from automatically turn on ? Samsung 22Ultra? Tks

The reason I want to turn off is I'm trying to forward my cell calls to home landlines so phone can charge at nite and it will not forward my calls if call waiting on

Please make your own post instead of posting in an unrelated thread. Go to the front page of the community app and click the big blue "new post" button (if on the website), choose a category and write your post, or look for the floating blue pencil on the lower right of the app. That way the community members will be more likely to see it and give you a response, it will also help others who may be looking for the same solution. Posting in the middle of an unrelated post, is not going to help you or anyone else and it's rude and distracting to the original poster.

Just keep your phone on while charging. You will still be able to make and receive calls - use speakerphone or a long charging cord. In any case, go to the phone dialer, tap the 3 dots to go to the settings. Select settings, scroll down to supplementary services and tap the text. You will see options for call forwarding - if you tap that, you can put in the forwarding number. You will see the call waiting option with a slider which will either be on or off. If it's on and you don't want it, turn it off. Seems like it would be very tiresome to go through this process every night and then also reverse it as there is no way to create a mode or routine to automate it. if you select forward when busy/unanswered/unreachable, you can keep that setting - but if you select always forward, you will have to turn that off every time you no longer need it and re-input the number when you want to do it again. Also keep in mind, that with any of those settings, if you forward it to another number that does not have voicemail active, you will get no voicemail messages on your device.

Not everyone wants or needs multiple notifications for every event. In any case, in Google Calendar you can set the default for multiple alerts - assuming that every time you want multiple alerts it will be at the same time interval. Go to Settings, scroll to your Gmail account section and tap on either events or tasks and set your default notification, then click add another notification, etc. All your events will now have the same notification defaults. Unfortunately, it does not look like you can do that in Samsung Calendar.
