Hello. I bought s20 fe 5g 128 gb in May in Turkey. The original case suitable for the phone I bought was not in stock, so I could not buy it. I couldn't find the original case even though I went through all the Samsung stores in my city. When I put other brand cases, the volume keys are stuck. When I applied to the authorized service, they said that there was no problem on the phone. Although my friend had the same phone, we did not experience these problems. In other words, we did not encounter any problems when we put other brand covers. However, on my phone, other brand cases do not work and I cannot find an original case. The phone slips out of my hand and could fall at any time. Since I am a student, if my phone breaks, it is impossible for me to buy a new one (in my country, such electronic products are very expensive, for students it is extremely expensive). As a result, I need a case suitable for my phone and I can't get the original case and other brand cases also cause problems (I talked to Samsung Turkey officials and they couldn't solve my problem). Can you help me with this?

Cut out the volume buttons of the case?

Sounds like its that, try to disable the buttons (worst idea), or getting an official case which I guess is something since I've never looked into Samsung official accessories even once.

Personally, I feel like cutting out the volume buttons out of the case is best for you.

You will ultimately need to do what you want to do however even if that means importing.

Oh one more. It might be possible to simply stuff a tiny something in the case next to the buttons to give it more room there. Should be something that doesn't slide around or break apart to get into the buttons. Don't put it too close as well.
