I have an S20 Ultra lying on the cabinet, and it's sad to see that its last major software update was One UI 5.1. While Samsung announced seven years of support for the S24 series and the rest of the new devices,
Why doesn't Samsung create a lighter version of these new software updates for the older devices so that they won't overload the processor? For example, they could remove the AI-intensive features for older devices. This can extend the lifespan of older devices and enhance customer satisfaction by showing continued support for more devices.
