My S10 keeps shutting doen the volume on all activities - media, notifications, phone calls, etc. Happens half a dozen times a day. Anyone have a way to stop this from happening?
you can bypass the Absolute Volume presets in Developers Mode. the device is factory preset with the equalizer so as to not damage the speaker. turning off that feature will allow you to manually set the volume and it should stay there

Good Luck Hope it Helps I'll keep thinking of other reasons it could be happening i.e. hearing impairment settings or restrictions and see if there could be another setting causing it
