Transfer phone contacts to secure folder

I was on the Phone for ever with Samsung tech support (garbage). Anyway, non of them apparently know how to transfer my contacts to my secure folder. That was an hour of my life that was truly wasted!! I don't get it they built phone... Samsung s20 Ultra 5k.

open contract app
select your contact
hit share
choose secure folder

This doesn't seem to work... any other ideas? 

When I do this, I get a message that says "no recommended people to share with"... ????

OK
I find a way.
go to your contact app
export your contact as a file in internal storage
then open my files app
select the file you exported
share it with secure folder
then open secure folder app
open secure contact app
import contract from a file
select internal storage
and it should find it
