I can only rell how mine do it. Make sure the earbuds are in the case, then close the lid. Next turn your phone BT to Scan for device, there should be button on the back of the charge case, press and hold. You will see the light in the case flash to pair. Y I u might have to remove one or both if the ear buds out if the case which helps pair as well. Basically look for the button on the back lower part of the case.
