Galaxy S Phones

I have had an s10e for a long time now and it has been my favorite phone by far. I have looked into the newer phones but nothing has compared to the features I like about the s10e. My big things are the small reasonable size I can actually carry on me easily (I am a small petite woman) and I work outdoors and around animals a ton so having something easy to carry is huge. I also love having the extendable storage with a MicroSD that I have all my photos saved to (I take tons of photos for my job and animal/medical stuff) and I like the charging port being seperate from the head phone jack since I don't have fancy blue tooth head phones and will throw in plug-in headphones when working sometimes or charging my phone while at work since the battery doesn't last long anymore and I am constantly using it. Between these 3 big things for me, I have not been able to find another galaxy with them all and have avoided all the new phones because of this. I am in my 20s and use my phone a lot for my professional job, school, and my personal life and it's been the perfect combo for me but now that they are such an old phone, I know they are likely to kick them out soon so they won't work anymore and only refurbished ones are available that don't tend to last as long (charging port fails, battery is just not holding well these days after having it so long, and other used phone issues). I really wish Samsung would come out with another galaxy update of this "old" phone because between me and many pther people I have talked to and know, we don't want giant phones and want phones that will do what we need but not with all the extra and fancy features we don't really use. I would love to see something like this again come out and feel like it would do really well even if it was an updated s10e in today's market. If there are any other phone suggestions that would hit these 3 big things for me, I would love to hear them since my phone has been acting up and know I need to get another, just not sure if I should go for another refurbished s10e and if they will be usable much longer or if there is an equivalent to this phone in some of the other phone options out there. I love my galaxy and want to stay with android but need to find something that will work for my life style and needs like the s10e has done so well with for the last while.

The S20 line is the last to have an SD card. Unfortunately, after that line, there's no more SD card slot, and it sucks. I had friends with the S20 line, and I myself had the S20 FE, and I loved it. I mean, you can do your research on the S20 line. Just know that it's 4 years old.
I have the S23 ultra, and it's close to the S20 line. I also have the S23 FE, and the size is perfect for you. It's ok, but there's no SD card slot. You can do research on the phones, and I'm sure you will come up with something that would be on your fit, Good luck.

Look at the specs for the A series, which still do have an SD card.  Samsung phones no longer have a separate headphone jack, so you will have to, at some point, buy a Bluetooth headset or buds.  they are not that expensive and you are not required to pair your Galaxy phone with Galaxy buds. There are many reasonably priced ear buds on the market. As much as it's heresy to say here, if it necessary for you to give up Samsung in favor of another Android brand, you have to do what you have to do. But I think, other than the headphone issue, you would be happy with one of the two higher model A series phones.  You can probably go to a physical store and see how they feel to use.
