I have been having problems with my Bluetooth connection, it won't stay connected and it's not stable. Sometimes it won't turn on and when it does it goes on and off. Is anybody else experiencing this and know how to fix it. Thanks

Hello, thanks for reaching out about your Bluetooth difficulties, and I understand how frustrating it is. If you cannot connect a Bluetooth accessory to your phone or tablet, going through the connection process step-by-step will help get your wireless devices working together. Give this guide a go: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10002014/

If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:

I had the same issue with my S21+ and still have it with my S24+. My headset is multi-link, so it's connected to my computer and my phone, and I didn't know what was causing the problem.

My sister had a similar issue, but her Bluetooth just wouldn't work so she didn't use her Bluetooth for a while and she tried it again after a couple of weeks and it worked fine so maybe you could try that?

It has been a few weeks since I started having a problem with my Bluetooth, I'm hoping it will fix itself but I don't think so. Hopefully a new updates will be released soon and it will take care of it.
