Contact "Favorites" does not override in Do Not Disturb

Favorites are supposed to be able to call and override do not disturb. Unfortunately an emergency in the middle of the night made me realize that it doesn't appear to be working. Any way to resolve?

Set the Exception in DND

@jen71 Check to ensure that this exception is enabled:

1. Open settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Do not disturb
4. Under Exceptions, click on Call, messages, and conversations. 
5. Click on Calls
6. Ensure that it is set to Favorite contacts only
7. Click on Messages
8. Ensure that it is set to Favorite contacts only
