In freeing up space on my Android, I began deleting photos knowing that my photos would be backed up on Google. However, I found that my deleted Gallery photos were also being deleted from Google. I don't know why this is suddenly happening or how to fix it
Are you deleting the photos from the Gallery, not from Google photos? Also, just because Google photos shows the photo, doesn't mean it's been backed up, fyi.
