Samsung does not manage, or maintain e-mail addresses.  If changing your password does not keep the "Bad Actors" out, it may be time to abandon it, and create a new one, with no ties to the old one.

My Facebook and yahoo email have been hacked. They changed the passwords and phone numbers attached to them. I am desperate to get them both back. Any tips would be appreciated.
