Freezing and Rebooting almost constantly

I have the Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G, It seems like after the last update it has started freezing and rebooting almost constantly as I am doing things on my phone and even when nothing is happening and it is sitting idle.

I have tried a soft boot, a hard boot, and even a factory reset... to no avail! nothing seems to fix the issue.

I was hoping someone else may have a fix for this with some other method, or if Samsung will be updating the software with a fix anytime soon.


This is the first time I have ever had a problem with a Samsung phone, and I have been a faithful Samsung user for many years.

Hello, I can certainly understand how frustrating it is when your phone is constantly freezing and rebooting. It seems you have tried all of the troubleshooting available here: Samsung phone or tablet reboots repeatedly.

We also recommend making sure the Android System WebView is updated.

  1. Open the Play Store app.
  2. Search for “Android System WebView.”
  3. Select Update.

The next step would be a service repair. You can use the following link below to request service in the U.S.  https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/    or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

I have similar problems with the A21. Constant difficulties. And ALL of it immediately after the Android 12 update. NOT on the Beta, just fyi.
