Gmail picture resize?

What do you guys do when you're trying to send a picture and it's too large for Gmail? Is there a way to resize the photo before sending?

You can resize a photo by using the edit in Samsung Gallery. Select the photo in Gallery, chose edit (the pen) when edit opens, go to the three dots on the top right. There you'll see a choice to resize
