Having issues with signing up for the Sirius XM offer?

Has anyone had a problem signing up for the Siriusxm offer? The process fails for me when I get to step 3 complete my order. It goes back to step 2 with an error, "We were unable to authorize your credit card. Please update your payment information. " tried different cards and browsers.

Doesn't work for me either. It accepts all my info but when I go to sirius app and log in it says my trial has ended. Just got my phone a few days ago.

Yeah I can't even find the over on here anymore. Hopefully because they are fixing it

Me too....saw it one day went back the next day to get it and it would not take my info....i agree....hopefully they are fixing the problem

I cant even get a Samsung associate to help me with this, spoke to 8 people, no one could help me! So frustrating
