How can I access my email account after being locked out Galaxy S21?

How do I get my email account back on my phone? Had a 205.2 error code since Friday. I apparently was typing in the wrong password. I was locked out of my account. 

Many attempts later I can no long get my email on my phone....can't reset password have been on the pho e for 2 1/2 hrs only to get disconnected. 
I can see my emails on my desktop so how do I get them back on my phone?

Thank you, I called customer service again. Thos time we were able to reset the password and I at least for mow can receive my emails again.

You have to call the customer service for your email provider.  Only they can unlock your account.  Your email provider might also have a customer service link on their web page.

Who is your email provider?  If it's Google you can log onto your Google account and unlock it yourself by answering your security  questions.

AT&T is my provider but I have Samsung email on my phone. Samsung tech couldn't help so directed me to AT&T. The tech I spoke to there did what he could but nothing worked. He also informed me they no longer have a tech support team for emails anymore. He did find a phone number for a department who might be able to help but they couldn't help and transfer me to another department and after 2 1/2 hrs that transfer was disconnected.

I am not computer savvy. I have tried several different things. Now I am afraid I my have messed up my emails I was receiving on my computer as well as my phone.
For instance I can no longer get the Google Chrome browser on my computer so I obviously messed something up there.

What is your domain?  That means what comes after the @ in your email address?

Just had to get through the 3 hrs of frustration, disconnection, multiple transfers oh and 5 days with no emails.
