How do i reinstate curse words in text messages

Settings → System → Languages & input → Choose the keyboard or text-to-talk app you are wanting to change the setting on.

If you chose your keyboard → Text Correction → Disable Block offensive words toggle

If you chose a voice typing app → Disable Block Offensive Words toggle.
