@matth3w5 For most apps, @GaryB82 's advice is the solution. It looks like ourpact is a parental tracking app. So if you are not the parental unit, you may not be able to remove it. If you are the parental unit, you may still have to use the app's settings to disable it before following @GaryB82 's advice.
