How do I make the alarm clock announce the time of the alarm?

It should still be there. Try this:

1. Open Clock
2. Click on Alarm
3. Click on the alarm you want to change.
4. Click on "Alarm sound"
5. Select Bixby alarm

my option for this is missing too. I only have the option for standard sounds or Spotify. nothing else. very frustrating.
