How can you disable the Galaxy Store, I keep getting ads?

I'm ready to say **bleep** this phone, I can't disable ads

@uservkMcE9jek5 You can turn off the ads.

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app"

Then you can long press on a notification from the Galaxy store and turn off the annoying category.

Ty, it didn't let me do that in notification categories but I found the notification in the history and was able to disable samsung events n I think it shut it off... fingers crossed

⁃   Apps  ≻
⁃   Galaxy Store  ≻
⁃   Notifications  ≻
⁃   Notification  Categories  ≻
     Choose The Categories to
     Be Turned Off :

Basically you need to combine all the tips for it to work :

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Notifications
3. Click on Advanced setup
4. Enable the option "Manage notification categories for each app"

5. Go again to Settings  

6.    Apps 

7.  Galaxy Store 

8.  Notifications 

9. Notification  Categories

10. Then Choose The Categories to be Turned Off
