I deleted my contacts off my tablet then it deleted my contacts off my phone

I want my contacts back please I deleted my contacts off my tablet then they deleted them off my phone I didn't know it would do so now I just want my contacts

Can I ask what it is you did, I have no help to offer I'm only curious if it's just the short answer

@SmokeSity When the tablet and phone are synced, or using the same cloud account for contacts, this will happen. Try this:

1. Open the Contacts on your tablet
2. Click the 3 line menu 
3. Click on Trash and restore the items found there.
