When a network is network is not available like at home shouldn't the phone auto switch to the Carrier's 5G network? If it should is there a setting I may be missing because mine will not .Galaxy S21

Settings->Connections->Wifi->3 Dot Menu->Advanced->Switch to Mobile Data=toggle on.
