Galaxy S21I have found that deleting files are place into other, under system data. This causes the file to look deleted, but still take up the same space. A factory reset is the only way to totally delete said files. Is there a better way to actually delete files?

Files pictures ect. Go into "trash for 30 days in case you accidentally deleted somthing you didn't want to delete
Go to the "my files" app scroll down to "analyze storage" you'll see and area called "trash" where tou can permanently delete files
