Every time I played games or do more intense stuff on my phone random lag spikes happen I have tried a bunch of stuff to fix it but nothing works and I can't do a factory reset because I have important files that I can't extract because of one of the recent updates stopping me from getting into main/android/data is there any way to stop my phone form lagging and if I have to factory reset a way to recover those files
