My sound to all media turns off after so many hours on my S21 it started after a system update. I have to restart my phone to get working again. Now a new thing happens, Pandora turns on when I restart. I have reset my phone and it worked for only a few days.

Ensure the app is set to Keep Open in the Recent Apps screen.
Most likely your media app is timing out and is being put to sleep to save battery life. Selecting Keep Open will prevent the app from being put into sleep mode.
It is not just Pandora, it is all apps that make a sound or play music like text messages, Phone calls, Facebook videos, it's anything that should make a sound notification. When you restart the phone everything works fine except Pandora starts to play.
Still have the problem even after resetting the phone. Anything having to do with sounds and notifications doesn't work. Restarting the phone everything works for a few hours up to one day.
