One ui 4.1 update on s21 ultra causes home button and back button to not work

Well I recently updated to one ui 4.1 and I cannot use the home or back button. It was working perfectly fine before the update.

Let's try the easy things first, Wiping the cache partition.

- If your device is powered on, turn it off completely

- Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power key

- Once the logo shows, release both keys and wait until the device enters the recovery mode.

- Using the Volume Down key, highlight Wipe cache partition, and then press the Power key to select it.

- Highlight Yes, and press the Power key again.

- Navigate down the list to Repair Apps and press the Power key to execute.

- Navigate to Reboot and press the Power key to reboot your device.

this is a known issue that I think samsung is working on at the moment. not sure if the fix is out yet... you can check by reproducing the issue and submitting error report to samsung members app > get help > error report

I am having this issue as well. Lots of freezing issues since this morning's update.

I had to change the settings to swipe for home screen and turn off button. This is ridiculous
