One ui 4.1 update on s21 ultra causes home button and back button to not work

Well I recently updated to one ui 4.1 and I cannot use the home or back button. It was working perfectly fine before the update.

Yes. I have a note 10 as well and that's exactly what mine is doing.

Not sure.. Maybe that's why T-Mobile has been behind rolling this out. Very buggie.

I have AT & T and can't use my home or backwards keys, plus it freezes all the time.

Clear your system Cache first. if that doesn't help you may want to factory reset the phone. I had to do this with android 11 on my Note 10 plus

Good suggestion, but unfortunately this doesn't fix the issue.
