Galaxy S21Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out pertaining to Smart View having an audio-video delay or lag. The first thing to try is clearing your device's cache partition:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
It is also possible a third-party application is interfering with Smart View's functionality. You can determine this with Safe Mode: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Lastly, try a factory reset, provided you back up everything you wish to not lose prior, and see if this helps Smart View's function: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is ineffective, and you have tried troubleshooting your Wi-Fi router and TV(s), please submit an error report via the Samsung Members app: https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
