My S21 Ultra 5G will not update to One UI 5.0 and Android 13. I purchased it unlocked from Samsung.com and I haven't modified it in anyway. My carrier is Mint Mobile. I was told to take it to a Best Buy Samsung Service center. I did. They said it couldn't be done. I think she absolutely didn't know what she was doing. So I'm stuck. Help!
