S21 freezing and crashing and now doesn't turn on

Hello! I was having a problem for months in which my S21 keeps freezing every 5-10 seconds, and after around the 10th freeze, my phone would completely shut off. I couldn't even turn it back on unless the battery has drained out completely and I charge it from 0%. And even then, there's like a 50% chance that it wouldn't freeze on bootup (the Verizon or the Samsung Screen). Then it would turn on and do the same thing over and over. So I could only use the phone for about 1.5 minutes max. Whenever it would freeze, it would often give messages of "Process System isn't responding" or "One UI Home isn't responding." This first happened in January and I couldn't figure out what the problem was so I have been using my replacement phone these last 6 months. I used to turn on my phone once a week to see if anything changes, but it doesn't. I've tried almost everything, and in May, I factory reset my phone hoping that would stop the problem, but it didn't. I was stuck with a S21 that shuts off after trying to choose the language for my phone. I took a 2 month break from trying to turn it on, but when I returned a couple days ago, it wouldn't show the charging symbol unless it was wirelessly charging. Once I wirelessly charged it for a while, I was hit with a different error. This time, it was a black screen with red font on the top saying "BOTA: fail to read bota partition, Status (Device Error)." Then, about 10 minutes later, a sky blue screen came up saying "An error has occurred while updating the device software." And on the bottom it has red font saying "Fail to load KG. Please download official Binaries." I also took it to a tech store, and when they tried charging the phone, they had a little device saying that the voltage was low, I recall it being around 0.30. This is everything that has happened the last 6 months, and it would be very much appreciated if someone could help!

If a factory reset is not working, and it isn't charging except wirelessly, it may be time to let a certified technician take a look at and service the device.
