Safe mode on an android

How do I take my phone off of safe mode??? I tried to restart and nothing.

To exit Safe mode, simply restart your phone or tablet and it will reboot normally. Or, you can tap the Safe mode notification; swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Safe mode is on notification. Tap Turn off.

It starts but back in safe mode

Yes I tried that too the safe mode notification didnt do anything either. But thank you for trying to help. I had to push the power button & volume up together to turn it off.

on some samsungs if you hold the power button there is a option there to turn off safe mode
