I just ordered a Samsung Galaxy S21+ 5G, which will replace a much older Samsung phone. It probably won't arrive until after the first of the year, and I thought I would learn as much as I can about the new phone before it arrives.
Unlike my previous phone, it features fingerprint recognition for unlocking the phone. I would like to set things up so that I can use either a fingerprint or a PIN to unlock the phone. I would normally unlock the phone using a fingerprint, but I would also like the option of using a PIN.
Is it possible to set up this phone so that either a fingerprint or a PIN can unlock it?
Thanks for the quick response! I would like to be able to unlock the phone using my fingerprint most of the time, but I also want my (trusted!) partner to be able to unlock and use my phone using a PIN. Sounds this is possible if I trust her with the PIN.
