Ok so i dropped my phone from like a 3ft height (with case) and all of a sudden it's not reading my sim card. I checked and the sim card itself isn't the problem, it's the phone.
Keep in mind that this phone is refurbished so I suspect something wasn't soldered in well or something.
Is there any way to fix this? If not I'll just switch to an electronic sim.
@sjsus Unfortunately dropping the phone can cause internal damage like cracked circuit board, broken solder connections, dislodged components, etc. You would need to have it evaluated by Samsung support.
