Solved: Unable to see text message notification number - Samsung Community

It's been 3 days now and I am not able to see the number of messages I have to read. I am getting my messages but not the number count so I can remember that I have unread messages. I have restarted my phone several times and tried to see if there was an update there is nothing so far.

Do someone have a solution?

Make sure that Badge is allowed under Settings->Notifications->App Notifications->Messages
