Unable to turn on VIP notifications in my Samsung email app

Hi,

Im using the Samsung Email app on my S21 FE but somehow I cant set notifications for specific sender (like my VIPs or anyone else)

Only options I have under notifications is allow sound and vibration, silent and lock screen notifications.

Open phone settings
Notification
Advanced settings
Scroll to the bottom
Manage notifications categories for each app toggle on

Now go back to your screenshot and you will see Notification categories listed at the bottom click it
