Hello! Samsung keyboard has replaced the mike with an input keyboard. If I want to use Google voice, I have to hit the input button and choose a GV, which is extremely annoying.

I don't want to use Samsung voice as it does not work nearly as well. I would just like the symbol on the corner to automatically be voice!

Press and hold the keyboard icon. Change the input to voice.

The microphone icon will be displayed again.

   Go to:
- Settings  >
- General Management  >
- Samsung Keyboard  Settings  >
- Voice Input >
- Choose Google (or Samsung)
   or the Voice Input Option
   won't be displayed.

Just go to settings/general management/keyboard list and default and turn on Google Voice typing. That will use Google voice typing with the Samsung Keyboard-no switching involved.

No, that's not working. That's why I made a post.

It should work, then. I don't know why it's not. Have you rebooted and/or cleared the cache partition? Something is interfering.
