Actually, it's the assistant menu feature. Mine disappeared a few days ago and I can't seem to get it back

Assuming the camera shutter floating button, just do a quick touch and drag on the shutter button and it's there

@userYTwnQi76xA It's the Accessibility menu. To remove it:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Click on Accessibility button
5. Click on Select actions
6. Disable everything on this screen
