Why does my Samsung Notes app not have a sync/back up option anymore?

I don't understand why it disappeared after one of the recent updates. It won't let me back it up to Microsoft One Note nor the Samsung Cloud. I don't get why this has happened. Is there any way to bring it back or am I missing something? Thanks

(I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra)

@ArticuIate You should still see it. 

1. Open Samsung Notes
2. Click the 3 line menu in upper left
3. Click the gear icon

Here you should see options for Sync with Samsung Cloud and Sync to Microsoft OneNote.
