s21 5g do not disturb turns on automatically

The Do Not Disturb setting on my new S21 5G model SM-G991U turns on automatically every time an app tries to contact me - phone, chat, bluetooth or any other app.  I keep turning it off and it keeps resetting itself to On.  Is this a know bug?  What is being done to correct this issue?  Thanks.

Have you tried checking your Bixby routines? Maybe something in there is triggering it.

i've seen a lot of posts where the user doesn't even know that the routine is set up.... i'm wondering if there is a default schedule/routine enabled during setup

Pull down the quick access panel and turn the Bixby Routine to Off will solve the issue.
