I am unable to record video above UHD30. The camera dresses and then a get a "camera failed" error message.  I have tried all of the normal fixes...reset camera app, clear cache and reset phone. Nothing works. Has anyone else had this issue?

if it says 'camera failed' warnring, then its most likely hardware issue

visit ubreakifix and have them check camera modules

I had this error on my note 20 ultra and had to send it back to samsung for repair. I too did all of those things, camera reset, factory reset, to no avail. if you Google this error message you will find that it is common with samsung phones. your phone is still under warranty so they will fix it. I got this camera fail warning error message after 4 months of ownership. good luck.

SOS, Samsung s21 Ultra, Major camera issues, it's not working with many of my apps. Like "Chase" Banking, I can no longer deposit checks the camera just keeps taking photos, The camera is required for work through their app and after every photo, the app closes, I loved my S10 Plus, It was perfect. If Samsung or some other smart guy out the can't get this fix I believe I made a big mistake. I reset the camera app, clear the cache, and reset the phone. I cleared the cache and the data and when that didn't work I deleted the apps. Help Help Help
