Galaxy S22From home , go to
Settings > Apps > Clock ( or whatever alarm app you use ) > Storage > Clear Cache > Then Manage storage > Clear Data > swipe back > then force stop.
You will have to set up your alarms again. But this will give a fresh start.
Hopefully this will fix the issue. It did for me
