After phones forced update last night Bluetooth will not connect to any of my devices.

Try 'reset network settings' in Settings.

Go through your Bluetooth settings?

Yes went through all the Bluetooth settings. Tried reset, clearing cache and forced restart on devices.

Thank you for reaching out. I understand your frustration with your devices not connecting via bluetooth after update. If you cannot connect a Bluetooth accessory to your phone, going through the connection process step-by-step will help. If this does not help I recommend letting a service technician have a look. As we would like to gather additional information, and look at this from a case by case basis please provide the full model code and IMEI number of the device as well as your best contact phone number, name, and email.
