Camera flashes every time the phone rings

I ve tried darn near everything to get my flash to stop when my phone rings...accessibility....advanced settings...camera flash...I switched to another new s22..same thing...yet phone rings...flash flashes...what am I missing???

So in your flash notification settings, they are turned off, correct?

Yes...accessibility toggles off...
