Do Not Disturb is back removing contacts without my permission after recent security update

I set DND to turn on daily for a certain time of the night, and I know Samsung finally implemented an option for us to add contacts; we're now able to see calls and messages from contacts, even with DND enabled. When I first started using the feature almost a year ago, I set those contacts and was able to see notifications. But then I noticed my contacts would get removed from my DND settings every other day without my permission, so I had to keep re adding them. 

 
After the problem arose, I think a software update was sent out shortly afterwards to get the issue resolved, and it was fixed. But now with this recent security update, DND is back to removing those contacts without my permission. Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how were you able to combat it?

Yes confirming that I encountered this issue and some important call did not get through. I now had to favorite all the contacts and try again.

Please Samsung dev fix this, this is a very serious bug that you really need to prioritize (speaking from a fellow dev) until you get into some big PR crisis.

This issue started for me post the latest update on my S21 FE..funny thing the issue is not occurring on my A34 but only in S21 FE..It's so annoying I keep missing calls because of this never ending glitch

I have the same problem on my S23 Ultra. I've raised an Error Report as advised, but the reply I received said "we will require you to please send through a log file within 3 minutes of the issue occurring" and as it could happen anytime within a 48+ hour period, this is impossible unless I spend 48 hours going into and out of my DND settings every 3 minutes. Not sure what else we can do to have the problem fixed?

I’m experiencing the same issue—my exceptions are being cleared, causing me to miss an important on-call call. Judging by this thread, the problem has been ongoing for a year and still hasn’t been resolved?

I am having the same issue and one of my allowable numbers is my son's Seizure Notification, which I need every single night.

I did just add all of my allowables to my favorite's list, but I feel like that is just a bandaid for a surgical wound.
