My Versa 2 is the same... or it says app needed but I have the app already. The phone is new to me so not sure about if it is related to update, but I do know it was working at first, so I'm guessing that's probably what happened. Please let me know if your able to fix it- I'm so used to it being connected now and not having it is driving me nuts! Lol
I called Fitbit. The 'do not disturb' was on so that is why I wasn't getting any notifications. Go to settings on your device. Scroll to 'quiet mode' to see if it is on. I hope that helps!
