Is there a way to change the thumbnail for a person in Gallery. The thumbnails for my mom and dad use their end of life photos. I'd like to select happier photos for their thumbnails. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi. I played around with this feature and there doesn't appear to be a way to force a specific image as the thumbnail.

Go into the album whose cover image you want to change and tap the three-dots menu in the upper right corner.

Select "Album settings" and you will get the option to change the cover image.

Hi Popsicle20. I'm not sure I understand your response. These aren't in an album in my gallery. Is there somewhere else I should look? These show up when I search in Gallery. The Gallery app groups them automatically when I identify a person by name in a photo. Thank you for your assistance.
