I'm new to this. My old phone, non Samsung, on the lock screen it let's me know who text me and what the message said. How do I do that? Right now it says message and that's it. At work I can't open my phone much to go into the message app to see who text me and what it says.

Settings>Notifications>Lock screen>Show content. There is also a toggle here to "Show content when unlocked." 🙂

I'm not using any apps. Just the regular lockscreen it came with. No themes.Screenshot_20230917_212652_One UI Home.jpg

Oh NOW it works. It didn't work at all. I didn't change a darn thing, used my husband's phone to test it and now it works 🤨
