Caller ID is carrier specific. You can either disable it in your carrier account or by calling your carrier directly

You can try opening settings and search for caller id. It may depend upon carrier and phone app used.

@DTran As the others have said this is often carrier dependent.

On my unlocked phone using AT&T:

1. Open the phone app
2. Click the 3 dot menu
3. Click on Settings
4. Click on Supplementary services
5. Click on Show your caller ID. It will allow you to turn it off and some other choices.
